At City Chain Singapore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a formal return request or contact our customer service team with your order number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the watch back into its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid rejection.

  Drop-off or Ship

  Return the item to any City Chain boutique in Singapore for an immediate inspection, or ship it back to our central warehouse via a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the authenticity and condition of the watch, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
